Integration

SunGard HTE Law Enforcement software applications work together to provide a seamless flow of information across departments from dispatch to disposition. Here are just a few of the many ways a SunGard HTE Public Safety system can streamline your agency's operation, improve officer safety, and enable you to provide ibetter service to your citizens.


 *Computer Aided Dispatch software integrates with the records management and mobile data systems to provide public safety officers in the field with information specific to a call, such as hazardous materials, dangerous situations, and active warrants.
 *Integrated Mapping works with Computer Aided Dispatch to enable dispatchers to quickly route public safety officers to the scene of an accident or incident and visually track officers' locations.
 *Mobile Reporting collects incident and accident information onsite, then transmits it seamlessly to the appropriate records management software application.
 *When a warrant is issued by the Court System, the warrant is transmitted to CRIMES Records Management. Once the warrant is served or cancelled, the Court System notifies CRIMES.
 *CRIMES transmits arrest information to the District Attorney System.
 *CRIMES, Jails, and Courts integrate with each other to provide a one-stop search for information on an individual in all three systems.

Mobile Data integrates the Computer Aided Dispatch system with public and private wireless communication networks to provide wireless communication between the dispatch center and field officers. This also provides field officers with direct access to information in state and federal databases without routing the request through the dispatch center.
