S-O Comply is available in two versions: Enterprise - A Client-Server/Web model providing a rich graphical interface and tools for performing complex, cross organizational operations. Small Group - For those companies where few users are required and few organization structures exist. The same features and functionality of the enterprise but for the desktop. Product Overview S-O Comply is a framework that allows a company to build a compliance solution and tailor it to their specific needs. It is composed of 7modules: 1. Compliance Manager - to hold, organize and allow manipulation of all Accounts, Processes, Risks, Controls, Issues, Tasks and Documents for each organizational structure within a company. It provides various views, in particular, a tree view showing each account with associated processes, risks and controls. Issues, Tasks and Documents can be attached to any item at any level in the tree. Other views available are Items in a list or "filterable" lists. There is also the ability to create properties, provide descriptions and apply item permissions to any item. 2. My Dashboard - provides quick tree views of items assigned to each person. Every licensed user will have a personal dashboard. 3. Management Dashboard - powerful and dynamic tool that provides management level tree views of information within the various compliance managers. Multiple views are available; by completion status, by property setting, rollup by property, items by team members and status filtered by property. 4. Project Tracker - a corporate task management tool that holds a company's methodology, reference documents or overall plan for compliance. 5. Report Manager - provides report formats based on dynamic client data for extracting compliance manager information. It uses Crystal Reports Runtime component Version 9 built into the software. 6. Item Library - provides a place to store information used repetitively in building or updating various compliance managers. It has the same look and feel as the compliance manager and functions the same way. 7. Survey Manager - allows users to build surveys (Control Self Assessments) to help evaluate the completeness and accuracy of the compliance framework. This module works in conjunction with a web-based Survey Taker tool that may be accessed via a corporate website to get online results. All responses are then stored within the database for further evaluation and presented in reports. |
