A number of upgrades are available from Microsoft. Applications to be upgraded include Windows and Sharepoint.

Service Pack 1 is available for Sharepoint products. Improvements include better sharing of large files, improved search functionality and site updates are easier.

More widely known is the Service Pack 2 for Windows XP. Due to the increased security settings inherent in SP2, administratrors are encouraged to extensively test for compatibility with existing applications.
