3G Wi-Fi Launch from T-Mobile

T-Mobile, is launching a 3G data card service via public Wi-Fi hotspots.

Subscribers will be offered an initial internet access speed of 128kbps. In addition users will be able achieve 1mbps at more than 500 sites across the UK. Vodafone and Orange offer 384kbps.

The service costs £70 per month for unlimited Wi-Fi, 3G and 2.5G data. The target market is for corporate users.
