ClearStory Deregisters

ClearStory Systems, a vendor of digital asset management (DAM) solutions intends to file a form 15 with the Securiities and Exchange Commission.

The move will enable the firm to deregister its common stock and suspend its reporting obligations. Primary amongst the legislation it will not have to comply with is the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

The company can make the move because it has less than 300 shareholders.
