ARI, a vendor of sales software has signed a contract to implement a full range of Softrax products. These include the billing and revenue management solutions.
ARI provides a range of products and services, including catalog publishing, marketing, consulting and other electronic services to over 29,000 equipment dealers and distributors operating in 89 countries. ARI has been using customized systems in conjunction with another accounting software package to manage all aspects of their complex financial operations.
"We found no other products that could meet all of our requirements as well as Softrax did," said Timothy Sherlock, Chief Financial Officer at ARI. "Softrax solutions provide the depth of functionality required by even our most challenging revenue management processes. Their demonstrated ability to handle very complex bill preparation, automatically track renewals, and accurately execute our revenue recognition policy was fundamental to the selection. These capabilities, along with their Business Intelligence software, which provides a tool for forecasting and planning for the future, made the decision to go with Softrax clear."
