OpenPages is expanding its Japanese operation by partnering with systems integrator CAC Corporation.
The partnership will distribute OpenPages' financial controls and risk management solutions in Japan.
The US company has been expanding its operations aboard. Improvements in internal controls is perceived as a big selling point for risk management vendors.
“Financial controls regulations, such as JSOX, will impose a great deal of costs on many Japanese companies,” said Hiroyuki Onuma, enterprise solution center chief manager, CAC Corporation. “In working with OpenPages, the recognized leader in financial controls management, we will be able to offer businesses a powerful solution for JSOX compliance, as well as operational risk management.”
Founded in 1966 CAC Corporation covers IT strategy formulation, consulting, system construction, operation and management.
