OpenPages is opening an office in Paris to try and export its Sarbanes-Oxley Express product and knowledge of regulatory compliance.
Specialising in the enterprise governance risk and compliance management solutions, OpenPages is trying to meet demand for business governance solutions in France, Benelux and Southern Europe.
U.S. experience with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act might help with compliance with European legislation such as La Loi de Sécurité Financière (LSF).
Managing risk across the business and tying performance to strategic objectives is also one of the selling points.
"As the global regulatory environment continues to evolve, our presence in France will help even more organizations address the many challenges associated with financial controls management, operational risk management and IT governance," said Michael J. Duffy, president and CEO of OpenPages. "We look forward to extending our leading domain expertise, strong technology platform and commitment to customer success to organizations across France and Europe."
OpenPages France office is located at 19 Boulevard Malesherbes, in Paris, France. OpenPages also has international offices in the United Kingdom, Japan and Hong Kong.
