Department of Transportation Awards Archer Technologies Agency-Wide Contract DOT to Leverage Archer Solutions for Managing Security Processes and FISMA Compliance Overland Park, Kan. (Sept. 27, 2005) – Archer Technologies (Archer), a recognized leader in delivering enterprise security solutions, announced today that the Department of Transportation (DOT) has licensed Archer’s entire suite of solutions and services to support security-related processes and compliance with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). The DOT will leverage Archer’s Enterprise Security Management solutions agency-wide to support security certification and accreditation, incident management, metrics dashboards and integration with external systems.
