RSA 2006 Pandas and Perimeters

RSA 2006, the annual conference of RSA Security is due to start on Feb 13th in San Jose. Determina, a provider of vulnerability protection software will be participating in Innovation Station. They will be competing for title of "Most Innovative Company". "Panda Software is to present its corporate solutions for 2006: Panda BusinesSecure 2006 with TruPrevent(TM) Technologies and Panda EnterpriSecure 2006 with TruPrevent(TM) Technologies, which include protection against viruses, spyware, hackers and other Internet threats, together with Panda GateDefender Performa, its latest gateway appliance. "Founder of SSH Communications, Tatu Ylonen is to discuss the shortcomings of perimeter security at the conference. The presentation will take place Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 3:25 p.m. at the RSA Conference in San Jose, Calif. Diversinet Corp will be at the show. They have just announced the release of its next-generation MobiSecure soft token and MobiSecure Authentication Service Center (MASC) Reconnex, a vendor of enterprise risk management solutions will be on the Innovation Station. They will be demonstrating their iGuard content monitoring appliance. Again they are competing for "Most Innovative Company". Lastly RSA itself will be showcasing RSA SecurID Appliance 2.0. The security giant claims the application can scale up to 50,000 users. The suite allows companies to establish the trusted identities of users accessing critical business resources. The suite comes loaded with RSA Authentication Manager 6.1.
