Gilead Sciences is to implement the Model N Revenue Management Suite. In particular applications that deal with regulatory compliance for government pricing and Medicaid claims processing.

Model N, from the company of the same name, aims to seamlessly automate the end-to-end business processes from calculating government pricing through payment of governmental reimburesment claims for federal and state programs.

Using the Model N suite enables pharmaceutical manufacturers to satisfy evolving government mandates, minimize legal and business risk, create transparent audit trails, set up new Medicaid programs and process claims and easily manage validations, approval routing and importing electronic claims.

Such an automated tool as Model N, means the pharmaceuticals can use it as part of any Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programs.
