Mercury Moves on SOA Firm

Google

Web www.software-risk.co.uk

Mercury is on the acquisition trail again. Systinet, a vendor of IT management tools for service oriented architectures (SOAs) was the target this time.

Systinet's technology manages SOA business services and build secure web services . Mercury aims to combine these tools with its own BTO enterprise products. Users will then be able to take a lifecycle approach to optimising quality, performance and availability of SOA business services.

The tools provided by Systinet generate a "system of record" and a set of governance and lifecycle capabilities to aid visibility, quality and integrity required in the SOA build process.
