The Regence Group is to automate its sales compensation management with Centive Compel software.
Regence is an affiliation of health-care plan in the Pacific Northwest/Intermountain region. The area covers Idaho, Utah, Oregon and Washington.
Manual sales compensation processes are to be automated. In addition to the cost savings are the planned enhanced audit capabilities.
Compel will also be integrated with Regence's back-end data warehouse.
Sales compensation is centralized in a single system. An audit trail is produced giving details of changes to plans and data. Security and process controls needed to support Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory compliance matters.
The version used by Regence can be integrated with Salesforce.com's CRM system. Centive claims the software provides full automation of the sales lifecycle.
