Sanmina-SCI, an electronics contract manufacturer is delaying filing their 10-K until completion of the assessment of effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.

The assessment is required for the company to be in compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
