Navarre Delisting

Google

Web www.software-risk.co.uk

Navarre, a software publisher, has been served with a delisting notice by NASDAQ for failing to provide an auditors review of the company's financial statement and compliance with sections 302 and 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

The letter "E" will be added to the NASDAQ trading symbol for the company, I.e. NAVRE instead of NAVR.

The Company plans to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 when the Company's independent registered public accounting firm completes its work and Navarre has filed the reports for the restated period.
