A Conneticut law firm Scott+Scott, LLC has filed a securities class action in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Immucor securities purchasers between January 7, 2005, and August 29, 2005, inclusive (the "Class Period") are putative class members. The action centres on allegations that the defendants misrepresented financial statements, in relation to the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("GAAP") and the Exchange Act. Sarbanes-Oxley certifications during the relevant period are claimed to be false and misleading, it is alleged.
