Gravity Co., Ltd. NASDAQ:GRVY-News , an online game developer and distributor, today announced that it has appointed Mr. William W. Song as a new CFO and Mr. John C. Chung as IR Officer.

The previous CFO, Mr Seo had been responsible for overall investor relations, financial reporting, and improving and enhancing internal control over financial reporting in compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

These areas are now to be split out with an executive taking responsibility for a single area.

Mr Seo, (the former CFO) will concentrate solely on improving the internal control over financial reporting.

The third executive Mr John C. Chung will be in-house counsel and look after investor relations.
