Molex Appoints Director

Molex, an electronics components company has appointed David L. Landslittel to the Board of Directors. The appointment was on the recommendation of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr Landslittel, 65, will replace Michelle L. Collins on the audit committees. After 42 years in accountancy, the board considers Mr Landslittel qualified as an "audit committee financial expert" within the meaning of section 407 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
