SilentWhistle Expands Feedback Suite

SilentWhistle, a vendor has expanded its offering of anonymous Web and phone-based ethics reporting solutions. In particular its suite of advanced feedback systems. The systems are designed to help companies guard against fraud, harassment, substance abuse, discrimination, safety concerns and other ethical issues in the workplace, resulting in improved security and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Section 301 compliance.

The SilentWhistle system opens lines of communication between employees, customers, partners and the organization. It is completely customizable and addresses the needs of many types of organizations, whether it's a small company with as few as six employees or a large organization with as many as several thousand employees.

Five components make up the SilentWhistle suite:-

** SilentHotline -- Allows an employee to place an anonymous call from any location to alert management of a potential harmful act from within the organization
** SilentAlert -- Guards against fraud, harassment, policy violations and other ethical concerns by sending an anonymous web alert to upper management or board member
** SilentSuggestion -- Provides a forum for employees to quickly submit new ideas to department heads or upper management
** SilentQuestion -- Allows employees to get answers and resolve issues by asking a manager an anonymous question
** SilentSurvey -- Provides a way for management to improve company culture and keep up on employee issues by proactively gathering feedback specific to each environment

SOX Section 301 requires public companies to implement an employee feedback system, and SilentWhistle is currently working with many companies to meet this requirement.
