OpenPages has 3 new companies using it's SOX Express tool for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
PetroKazkhstan a vertically, integrated, international energy company, celebrating its 8th year of operations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and gas, refining of oil and the sale of oil and refined products. PetroKazakhstan has become the second largest foreign producer, the largest integrated oil company and the largest supplier of refined products in Kazakhstan.
Watson Pharmaceuticals, a speciality drug company, is the second.
ManTech is the third. A vendor of systems engineering, systems integration, technology and software development, enterprise security architecture, information assurance, intelligence operations support, network and critical infrastructure protection, information technology, communications integration and engineering support.
ManTech has annual revenues of $842 million for 2004 and more than 6,000 highly qualified employees, the company operates in the United States and 40 countries worldwide.
ManTech will deploy SOX Express to provide additional automation to the company’s ongoing test and review of its internal controls documentation with a goal of reducing the time and resource costs associated with Section 404 and 302 compliance.
