Anti-Pharming MarkMonitor has released, what it claims is the first comprehensive anti-pharming solution.

Pharming is the next stage on from phising. Attacks re-route internet users to a fake web site with the DNS system. A process known as DNS poisoning. A legitimate URL such as a online bank is effectively hijacked.

Unlike Phishing, pharming does not rely on users clicking on a link in an email.
