OpenPages Gets IAC/InterActiveCorp As Client

OpenPages has gained 4 new customers, including IAC/InterActiveCorp for its SOX Express software.

Atmel, Applied Signal and ON Semiconductor are the other new customers.

Sarbanes-Oxley Express itself is a tools for automating the corporate financial reporting and disclosure compliance requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Specifically sections 302 and 404.

“With its strong reporting capabilities and web-based interface, we feel that OpenPages offers the most complete and easiest to use solution for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance,” said Trish Morrison, director of SOX Compliance at IAC. “OpenPages offers significant domain expertise that help us take a proactive approach to ongoing compliance in order to reduce our compliance costs.”
