RR Donelley, the largest printing company in the U.S. has selected OpenPages Sarbanes-Oxley Express (SOX Express) for it's compliance activities. STATS ChipPAC a semiconducter manufacturer has also gone with OpenPages.

The software will be used to automated their SOX test and review of internal controls. The aim is to reduce the cost and resource usage involved in complying with section 302 and 404.
