Web www.software-risk.co.uk

Nokia is to offer its patented technology to open source developers to develop the Linux operating system.

Linux should be more extendable to include mobile devices and mission-critical telecoms infrastructure.

IBM recently published 500 patents, that can be included, free of charge in open-source projects. Red Hat a Linux seller allows its patents to be included in Linux developments.
