HandySoft's SOXA Accelerator® tool has been selected by Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Inc. (ASE) to help with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

"We need a solution with a central repository for our control documentation, enabling us to offer compliance reporting to senior management and produce auditable evidence of our internal control testings," said Christine Wang, Corporate Audit Manager of ASE.

ASE understands that Sarbanes-Oxley is all about process management, tracking and enforcement on an ongoing basis. That's exactly what SOXA Accelerator will empower ASE to do, said Rob Whiter, General Manager of HandySoft Global Asia-Pacific. "ASE represents an important implementation for us. It shows that our solution is fully scalable, meeting needs of companies with 10 people to conglomerates with thousands of users over many divisions."

Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Inc., based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

ASE are one of the many companies that will be affected byt the upcoming deadline for compliance by foreign issuers.
