Recording System for VoIP

Google

Web www.software-risk.co.uk

Telephony administrators can record and store VoIP calls using a new system, VoistoreIP from Storecall Voice Systems.

Voistore integrates with leading IP telephony systems. The recording is possible because Voistore mergest different IP lines to converge within a single chassis.

Companies migrating to a VoIP from ciruit switched networks can do so more gradually. Within the single chassis, VoIP can be merged with traditional lines.

Administrators, reviewers and agents can use all the features including call recording, playback, configuration and management reporting, through a web-based interface.
