IBM Code Handover

Web www.software-risk.co.uk

The long running case between IBM and SCO has taken another twist. A US Federal court in Utah has ordered IBM to hand over the source code of its AIX and Dynix operating systems to SCO.

SCO launched the case, with the claim that IBM had breached SCOs copyright by using its original code. The code has to be handed over by 11th February. However that is not likely to be the end of this particular intellectual property rights saga.
